Ke-design had previously worked with Eleanor Charles Homes providing Building Regs packages.
In this instance when they approached Ke-design to undertake the Building Regulation package on two large, detached dwellings, Ke-design saw the opportunity to improve the floor layouts, along with front elevations.
This improvement not only made the houses look and flow better, the re-design also made the build a lot easier and saved on construction costs
