We offer advice, this can be prior to purchasing a property to see what can be achieved and whether it needs planning..
We design, we develop planning applications, we coordinate with planning and other consultants, we produce building regulation and construction packages.
We take pride in receiving compliments from Building Contractors and Building Control on the level of detail in our Building Regulation package.
We win awards... Not necessarily for expensive ‘grand designs’.

Ke-design is an innovative design led architectural practice with over 25 years’ experience.
Having set out our stall with a quality design service, treating every project with the same passion, as if it was our own and don’t rest on our laurels.
We ‘design for you’. We always provide the solution that the client requests, but we wouldn't be doing our job if we just did that. We also provide at least a couple of options that the client may not have considered, which usually blows the client away.
We demonstrate our design & vision with clear drawings, or 3d artistic visuals to help our clients visualise our ideas and their dreams.

Ke-design offers our architectural services across Shropshire, Cheshire, Powys, Stafford & beyond.
While based in Shropshire, Ke-design has undertaken projects in:

Having exhibited at the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show in Birmingham as well as Build It Live, Manchester, we have acquired interesting projects further afield.
