Fort Business Park

After obtaining planning approval, Fort Business Park management sought out Ke-design to generate visual content for their website, aimed at attracting potential commercial tenants for their upcoming development.

Given that the approved plans outlined basic commercial units, Ke-design recognised the need to inject creativity into the visualisation process. They took the liberty to reimagine the building elevations, allowing for a more dynamic and visually engaging representation in the CGI renderings.

The primary design objective was to craft distinctive entrances for each unit, elevating their appeal to potential tenants. This was achieved through the integration of modern materials, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the commercial unit.
