Oakley St, Shrewsbury

After providing architectural services for the neighbouring property, Ke-design came highly recommended by our previous clients to their neighbours who wanted similar work done.

Despite the desire for similar projects, no two are ever the same. 

The clients requested a two-story extension with a single-storey section. Where it differed from the neighbours is they preferred a sloping ceiling with skylights for the single-storey element instead of a flat roof with a lantern. They also wanted to knock through the existing dining area to create a larger open-plan kitchen, dining, and snug space.

Externally, they chose a red brick and white windows finish to match the existing structure.
