The Greens, Overton

Prior to the TV programme ‘Ugly House to Lovely House’ Ke-design was appointed to turn this into exactly that. The detached house, set in its own lovely grounds, had not only been butchered on the outside with its mustard render and bad replacement windows, but inside was no better. 

Ke-design came up with a few options, with the clients settling for a single storey extension to create an open plan kitchen, dining, living, leaving then a budget to spend on improving the appearance. 

This was achieved by simply amending openings and alignment to house much improved new windows, and replacing the mustard pebble dashed render, with a smooth modern coloured render. Much improved. Happy Client.
