Mr. and Mrs. Rowe are among the many repeat clients who have worked with Ke-design.
Having completed a single-story extension a few years earlier, they felt it was time to capitalise on their property and move on.
They purchased a non-descript U-shaped bungalow with a layout that didn’t work but with an amazing view that needed to be embraced.
Ke-design proposed a similar solution to their previous renovation: a single-story extension to infill the courtyard within the U-shaped footprint.
This created a vast open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with large sliding doors framing the view.
This time, the clients opted for a flat roof with lanterns instead of a vaulted roof.
