Moss Hill, Wrexham

The site was a former roadside pub car park, with some nice views. While it was our thoughts that the site could accommodate a dwelling, initially we weren’t sure what. 

As the site is linear, then we went linear. With vehicle / pedestrian access access and parking one end, and a small garden the other. With a modern finish the clients were worried what the planners would think. 

The Planning officer loved it, with the highest compliment of “ I wish more house builders would build houses designed like this”. 

Due to its location, it took longer to build due to all the passers-by stopping to talk to the builders to comment on the design. Now the clients are in, they can’t believe the space that has been achieved on this unusual site.
