Weston Rhyn, Nr Oswestry

This dormer bungalow was a little odd with the loft conversion stairs in the master bedroom! The stairs led to a pretty small study. The client approached Ke-design as they were unsure how best to address it while wanting a large garage for the car enthusiast. 

The single storey extension of garage and new master bedroom balanced out the front and rear elevation- resulting in looking like it had always been there.

A partition across the existing master bedroom extended the hallway to the stairs, with the remaining space creating an ensuite to the new master bedroom.

Connecting the existing roof to the new, extended the first floor space, creating a larger study / 3rd bedroom.
