Sam Soden

Sam joined Ke-design as a senior Architectural Designer in September 2023. Having worked for himself for 10 years on mainly residential. Since his arrival Sam has fitted into Ke-design well (and that’s not just down to his taste in music).

While Sam has a similar design style to Craig, it doesn’t mean that they always come up with the same solutions, creating healthy design competitiveness in the office, keeping score on which designs the client choice when both have had input.

Craig entrusts Sam to take lead on projects and take ownership, liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis.

Sam has hands on experience, having renovated his own property, doing most of the work himself.
